Police recover cannabis worth £4,000 from Denaby

A Police drugs swoop recovered cannabis from a property in Denaby with a street value of £4,000.

Officers found 13 cannabis plants, 40 seedlings and drugs paraphernalia after raiding aproperty on Church Road. A warrant was carried out on Wednesday, 10 October 10, at a property on Church Road.

Sgt Dave Cook said: “Drugs have an impact on the lives of residents and the local community and the execution of this warrant and recovery of drugs will hopefully assist in improving the quality of life for them.

“The information we receive from the public is vital to assist us in locating the properties and tackling the issue. I would continue to urge people to contact the police, or Crimestoppers anonymously, with any information or concerns they have in their area.” Call the police on 101 to report any suspicious activity, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
