Bridge work delays
URGENT work to repair a motorway bridge in Doncaster looks set to delay motorists for several months.
The bridge in Tenter Lane, Warmsworth, which carries vehicles over the A1(M), has been reduced to one lane while the work is carried out.
It was damaged after being struck by a vehicle in July.
Traffic lights have been installed and work to assess and repair the damage is expected to take several months, according to the Highways Agency.
The A1(M) is unaffected by the work.
