A WOMAN is facing life in prison after being found guilty of murdering a Doncaster school girl on Valentine’s Day.
A jury took just over two hours to return the guilty verdict on Hannah Bonser, 26, who stabbed 13-year-old Casey-Lyanne Kearney to death.
The verdict follows an eight day trial.
The McAuley Catholic High School pupil had just got off a bus to meet a friend in the school holidays when she was attacked. She managed to stagger into Elmfield Park and dial 999 herself.
Doctors at Doncaster Royal Infirmary battled for several hours to try and save Casey but she was pronounced dead later that day.

Bonser, of Cusworth House, St James’ Street, Hyde Park, has claimed to have no recollection of the events of February 14, other than screams and voices in her head.
She admitted killing Casey but denied murder.
She is expected to be sentenced at 2pm today..
