One of Doncaster’s MPs was quizzed by youngsters when he visited their school.

Ed Miliband, who represents Doncaster North, took questions from year 9 and 10 pupils at Campsmout College, Norton.

The visit was arranged by Speakers4Schools, an independent UK charity that provides secondary schools and colleges with talks from a range of leading professionals and academics, free of charge.

Topics included the role of the media and the possibility of votes for 16 and 17 year olds.

Mr Miliband said: “I really enjoyed the visit. Campsmount is an excellent school and I was impressed at the range and depth of the questions put to me by the students.”

Mr Miliband then posed for ‘selfies’ with the pupils.
