A new app has been launched to allow members of the public to keep up to date with the progress of a review into higher than expected death rates at Scunthorpe General Hospital.

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the hospital, is one of 14 trusts being investigated by Sir Bruce Keogh, NHS medical director for England, after they were identified as persistent outliers on mortality indicators.
