A young entrepreneur has whipped up a new business to create handmade luxury ice cream.

Alistair English, 20, from Billingley, near Thurnscoe, launched pastures Moo after completing a public services course at Dearne Valley College in Wath.

The company creates dairy treats in a variety of flavours and offers a delivery and collection service available seven days a week.

Alistair said: “We did some initial research and training and bought the equipment we needed to create delicious flavoured ice creams and we haven’t looked back since.”
