Sneaky vandals covered CCTV cameras before causing graffiti damage to part of Mexborough Railway Station.

British Transport Police (BTP) have released CCTV images of three men they are tracing in connection with the vandalism attack on Wednesday, March 25, at 5.30pm.

Investigating officer PC Helen White said: “A CCTV engineer at the station raised the alarm when he reported that the CCTV cameras had been sprayed out.

“In addition to this the walls and roof of the subway were also sprayed.

“Two cameras were damaged by the spray paint in an attempt to obscure any view of the offenders.”
