Police seek bus “vandal”

Police in Doncaster are asking for the publics help in identifying a man suspected of vandalism on a bus. The man got onto a bus going to Barnsley at Doncaster Interchange on Wednesday, 26 October around 9.50pm. While on the bus, he caused considerable damage to one of the seats by breaking the back off it. He got off the bus on York Road. Police have released CCTV images of the man taken from the bus, and are keen to hear from anybody who may recognise him.Anybody with information should contact the police on 101 quoting incident number 1250 of the 26 October.

POLICE are seeking help in identifying a man suspected of vandalising a seat on a bus.

The man got onto the bus going to Barnsley at Doncaster Interchange on Wednesday, October 26, at around 9.50pm. During the journey he caused considerable damage to one of the seats by breaking the back off it before getting off at a stop in York Road.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to talk to in connection with the incident. Anyone with information should contact officers on 101 quoting incident number 1,250 of the October 26.
