DETECTIVES have charged a man with killing his neighbour following a review by lawyers.
Luke Jolly is due to appear at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court this morning accused of the manslaughter of Ray Eden.
Mr Eden 42, of Moat Croft, Scawthorpe, died in Doncaster Royal Infirmary on March 21 several days after receiving serious head injuries in an assault.
Jolly, 24, of Moat Croft, Scawthorpe, was originally charged with grievous bodily harm. The charge has now been changed to manslaughter following Mr Eden’s death.
