They are wanted for serious offences including murder and rape.
These 17 men and one woman are wanted by detectives investigating a series of crimes, some of the most serious nature and some dating back years.
They are all believed to hold vital information about incidents which could help South Yorkshire Police crack a number of cases.
Their names and photographs have been published, along with brief details of the offences officers want to speak to them about.
Some of those in the ‘Most Wanted’ list have been evading arrest for years, including Ahmed Farrah, who is wanted in connection with the murder of a young man in Sheffield in 2018. To date, nobody has been charged over the murder, leaving the victim’s family in turmoil.
Anyone with information about any of the wanted men should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.

5. Loi Le
Police are asking for your help to locate wanted man.
Loi Le, aged 49, who is a Vietnamese national, is wanted in connection with the reported rape of a child in 2012 or 2013.
The victim reported the matter to police in 2018 and an investigation began to identify a suspect and locate Le. Despite extensive enquiries, he has not yet been located.
Le may also be known by the names Tai Le or Cho Ngay Hanh Phuc. Anyone with information is asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting investigation number 14/29287/18.

Police in Sheffield are asking for your help to find wanted man Sonny Ibe.
Ibe, 56, is wanted in connection to several fraud incidents in the Fulwood area.
It is reported that between December 2018 and January 2019, a number of fraudulent transactions were made from an 85-year-old woman’s bank account, amounting to a total of more than £8,000.
Enquiries are ongoing and police have explored several lines of enquiry including CCTV trawls since the incident occurred.
New information has recently come to light, and police now want to speak to Ibe as he may hold information that could help them in their enquiries.
He is believed to have links to the West Midlands.
He is described as black, bald and it is believed he regularly wears glasses.

Police are appealing for your help to locate prison absconder, Nasir Ali.
Ali was released on temporary licence from Hatfield prison between 8.30am on 18 October and 3pm yesterday (20 October). Ali breached his licence requirements and failed to return to his approved premises on 19 October. He has since failed to return to HMP Hatfield.
Ali, 42, is Asian and described as slim with a shaved head. He’s known to have links across Sheffield, as well as in Leeds and Manchester.
Ali was serving an indeterminate sentence after being convicted of conspiracy to murder and firearms offences in 2009.

Officers in Doncaster are asking for your help to find wanted man Jordan McDonald.
McDonald, 24, is wanted in connection to alleged conspiracy to deal class A drugs between April and June 2020.
Officers have continued to carry out enquiries to trace him, but they are now appealing for your help.
McDonald is described as around 5ft 7ins tall, with a heavy build and dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Cantley area of Doncaster and Scarborough. It is believed he may have also travelled to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
