Two men arrested in connection with Doncaster’s highest proﬁle unsolved murder have been re-bailed until early next month, police confirmed.
Detectives investigating the brutal death of 69-year-old Nora Tait who was bludgeoned to death in her home in Stone Close Avenue, Hexthorpe, said enquiries are continuing.
Police conﬁrmed both men are from the Doncaster area .
The grandmother was about to have a ﬁsh and chip lunch when the attack happened in October 2005.
Several arrests have been made during the course of the investigation but nobody has ever been charged with the retired seamstress’ s killing.
