The best bars in the borough were honoured at a glittering awards ceremony at Doncaster Dome.

It was Conisbrough pub The Lord Conyers that took home the overall award.

Best Bar None is aimed at promoting responsible management and operation of alcohol-licensed premises with the ultimate intention of offering and maintaining a safer, more welcoming, attractive and lively drinking experience.

Most welcoming venue - Social

Best leisure venue - The Dome.

Best community pub in East Doncaster - is The Crown Hotel, Bawtry

Best bar in West Doncaster - The Lord Conyers

Best late bar- Rock-A-Hula

Best bar winner - The Courtyard

Best pub of - Masons Arms

Best on door - Doncaster racecourse
