DEARNE Safer Neighbourhood Team has identified three priority areas for tackling crime.
Officers have vowed to increase patrols at the Seasons estate in Thurnscoe, South Drive estate in Bolton and the area around Princess Street in Goldthorpe.
Police activities for the month so far have included recovering a stolen motor bike, handing out acceptable behaviour contracts to youths and prosecuting offenders for dropping litter. The three priority areas will remain until the end of the month.
