Crash teens funerals this morning

The funerals of two teenage boys who died in a car crash in Doncaster will take place this morning.

Around 1,000 mourners are expected to attend the service for Michael Gallagher and Thomas Hughes at Doncaster Minster at 10am.

Michael, 16, from Warmsworth, died when a Honda Civic he was driving collided with a tree on the A630 near Conisbrough last month. Thomas, 15, of Bessacarr, and Antonia Browne, 14, of Balby, who were also in the car, died in the crash.

Antonia’s funeral was held on Monday at St Peter’s In Chains Catholic Church in Chequer Road.
