A Doncaster football team has shiny new kits thanks to Bramall Construction.
The Fishlake Falcons Football Club, whose players range from ages 7-12, engages youngsters from Stainforth, Dunscroft, Hatfield, Armthorpe, Kirk Sandall and Thorne.
Bramall helped out by providing funds for new training kits to enable the players to look the part and identify themselves as a team. The football cub is run entirely by volunteers, with one of the team coaches currently in his 80s!
Helen Edwards, parent of two of the team members and treasurer at the club said: “The team is an example of true community spirit. We have all worked together to put on training sessions and to make the team a success. It’s great that Bramall has been able to help us out, the new kits look great and help the children to work together and feel more like a team”
Dylan Gelder, liaison support manager said: “We are always on the look out for ways to get involved with the community and are pleased that we can support the Fishlake Falcons. We’d like to wish the team all the best for the next season.”
Bramall has recently completed Decent Homes works alongside St Leger across Doncaster.
