Condolence books open for Doncaster crash teens

Books of condolence are to be opened for people to pay tribute to the five Doncaster teenagers killed in an horrific road crash.

Mayor of Doncaster Ros Jones said: “Following the tragic loss of five young lives in Doncaster, books of condolence will be made available in the Mansion House and the Doncaster Minster to allow people to pay tribute to Bartosz Bortniczak, Blake Cairns, Jordanna Goodwin, Arpad Kore and Megan Storey.

“These venues will provide a place of quiet reflection and we hope it will bring some comfort to friends, families and the community.”

The Mansion House will be open this Thursday 20 November and Friday 21 November from 9am-4pm and this Saturday 22 November from 9am-2pm.

The Doncaster Minster will be open from Thursday 20 November – Sunday 30 November.

Opening times are as follows:

Monday to Friday 10.30 – 3.30pm

Saturdays 11am - 2pm

Sundays 10.30 – 1pm

People from across the community are being invited to add their messages of condolence to the books.
