ORGANISERS of a concert in memory of Casey-Lyanne Kearney are appealing for more sponsors to get involved.
A Concert for Casey will take place at the Dome on July 7, which would have been the murdered teen’s 14th birthday.
A number of Doncaster-based bands will be performing at the concert, with rapper Connor Harris also taking to the stage.
The concert is being arranged by charity Tackle Knife Crime UK (TKCUK) which has been set up in memory of MacAuley Catholic High School pupil Casey, who was stabbed outside a park on February 14.
Organisers are now appealing for any sponsors, artists, dancers or performers to get in touch and help raise money, which will go to help support families who have been impacted by knife crime.
Tickets for the event are due to go on sale soon.
If anyone can help with the concert call Lee Maguire on 07412 925955.
