RESIDENTS took time out of their busy lives to enjoy pampering sessions.

Aromatherapy, Indian head massage, craft activities and beauty treatments were all on offer during a project held in both at Bullcroft Memorial Hall in Carcroft and Woodlands Library.

The pamper days were hosted by the Brighter Futures project team.

NHS health checks were on offer and advisors were also on hand to give advice to people wanting information on how to get back into education or work.
