Centre praised by Ofsted in first inspection

A converted school that offers Dearne students alternative pathways in learning has received an overall “good” rating by Ofsted.

The inspection report into the St Mary’s Centre and Pupil Referral Unit at Rawmarsh praises the good progress of students and the high value parents place on this. Centre Manager, Max Hayter, said: “We’re really pleased with the response. It’s been a great effort by everyone involved to ensure that in just over a year, our students achieved so much.”
