Calls to cut back overhanging Conisbrough trees

Overgrowing trees are causing an obstruction to pedestrians and drivers on a number of Conisbrough roads, a meeting heard.

Residents told a Partners And Communities Together (PACT) meeting in the Ivanhoe Centre that the overhanging branches are a potential danger. But a spokesperson for Doncaster Council told the audience they cannot be cut back at present because it is nesting season for birds.
