LORD Alan Sugar would have been impressed with the profits made by budding business entrepreneurs in a school challenge.

Wadworth Primary School spent the day brainstorming creative ways of turning a £20 loan into a profit.

Each class was challenged to design a product which they would then sell.

Every group made a profit and raised over £570.

The Meadow Rise school’s reception class was also crowned the task winners for making the most money.

The enterprising entrepreneurs now want to use proceeds from the business challenge to help buy gardening equipment which they will use in lessons and also pay for a day trip.
