House builder Barratt Developments has announced the recruitment of six new apprentices, including five bricklayers and a joiner.

The new recruits include Isaac Dunford, Ben Eichenberger, Joe Hoyle, Alfie Dickens, Warren Raybould and Naheem Amin, who will be working at sites across Yorkshire including in Rotherham and Doncaster.

A spokesperson for the company said: “The scheme this year builds on the appointment of seven apprentices in 2014, displaying the company’s dedication to providing jobs and pathways into the construction industry.

“Barratt Developments’ programme offers vacancies for trade or commercial and technical apprentices, and offers applicants the opportunity to become experts in their chosen field of work.”
