BUDDING Richard Bransons from across Barnsley are to try setting up their own businesses.

Following a successful pilot involving five schools and local entrepreneurs, the “I Know I Can Barnsley Big Challenge 2011/12” is being launched on November 18 at Barnsley’s Digital Media Centre during Global Entrepreneur Week.

It is a borough-wide initiative to spur young people aged 11 to 19 to set up their own business, with a possible £25 loan and ongoing support to help develop the business idea, make money and compete in the market place.
