Youngsters can cool off from the summer sunshine with a free swim or skate at The Dome, as part of this week’s Free Press freebie offer.

We have teamed up with The Dome to offer our lucky readers a free child swim or skate pass, with every adult day pass purchased.

All you have to do to take advantage of this fantastic offer is cut out the coupon from this week’s paper and take it to The Dome, in Bawtry Road, Lakeside, and claim a free child swim or skate pass, with every adult pass purchased. The coupon is valid between Thursday, August 7, and Thursday, August 14.

Kraig Kelly, head of leisure for Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust, which manage The Dome, said he hoped a lot of families across the borough will take up the offer.

He added: “Our Lagoons Swimming Pool is a multi-pool water wonderland of geysers, fountains, jets and airbeds, set against the tropical rainforest backdrop of the Amazonian Adventure.

“Our skating experience offers the UK’s only split-level ice rink, set within the ice cool environment of the Ice Caps, the two interconnecting ice pads offer skaters of all ages and abilities a unique Ice Skating experience.”

The Dome is open between 6am-10.30pm Monday to Friday, 7am-10.30pm on Saturdays and from 7am-7pm on Sundays.
