Paul Thompson, auctioneer and director said: “The September catalogue really does have something for everyone and we always see an upsurge of interest in this sale as the market switches back on after the summer break. We offer a lot of surplus property and it’s great to see that there’s innovative investors and developers out there ready to grasp the opportunity to bring these buildings back into life.”

The auction includes residential houses, offices, land, and a number of former pubs and takes place at Leeds United Football Club on September 8. Full details via www.pugh-auctions.com.
