Doncaster’s St Leger Homes has achieved the Government standard accreditation for Customer Service Excellence for the fourth consecutive year.
The standard is awarded to public service organisations which meet strict criteria demonstrating that they focus on the needs of their customers. An independent assessor inspects a range of services and activities each year to confirm whether the organisation can retain it.
In its recent assessment St. Leger Homes was praised for the way it works to continuously improve its services in response to feedback from staff and customers. “The whole service demonstrates a culture of customer care, based upon empathy with an understanding of the customers’ needs” it said.
Chief executive Susan Jordan said: “Delivering excellent customer service is a priority for everyone at St. Leger Homes. I am very proud of the work carried out by our staff which has resulted in this ringing endorsement.”
