A DERELICT warehouse next to the canal in Doncaster town centre is set to go under the auctioneer’s hammer.
The site on Doncaster Waterfront, known as the Greyfriars Canal Depot, is being offered for sale at an auction in Leeds on February 21 with a guide [prie of £250,000 plus.
The site, within the St George’s Conservation Area, is being sold by the Canal and River Trust, with a guide price of £250,000-plus.
The building has been disused for decades.Any purchaser of the site will have to retain the Navigation Warehouse because of its Conservation Area status.
