A BURGLAR who stole electrical items from a home has been banned from every garden on an estate upon his release from jail.
Peter Coulthread, 31, has been jailed for three years following the break-in at a property in Intake.
Coulthread, of Dudley Road, Intake, was also handed an indefinite anti-social behaviour at Doncaster Crown Court after he admitted burglary.
Upon his release he must not enter the grounds, garden, or yard of any residential address without the permission of the owner or occupant under the order.
Speaking after the hearing PC Jules Moss from Doncaster’s anti-social behaviour team said: “South Yorkshire Police will not tolerate people who commit the offence of burglary and who cause misery to the community.
“Coulthread will have plenty of time to reflect on his actions and understand the terms of his ASBO during his three year sentence.”
