Continuing their international tour, ABBA The Show visits the UK next month, with a show at Sheffield City Hall on Thursday, December 1 2011.
Now celebrating 10 years of touring, ABBA The Show is much more than just a tribute concert. Featuring ABBA’s original saxophone player, Ulf Andersson, and featuring Sweden’s world renowned ABBA tribute band Waterloo, the show charts the ABBA story from their Eurovision beginnings to becoming one of the most successful pop groups of all time.
The story kicks off at the tail end of the 60s when Bjorn, Benny, Agnetha and Frida meet to play together for the first time. Throughout the course of the production, the audience is led on a magical journey through the rise of ABBA, taking in all their classic songs along the way, such as Waterloo, SOS, Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Money Money Money and Knowing Me Knowing You.
The ultimate tribute, the show is a must see event for any ABBA fan.
Thursday December 1, 2011, Irwin Mitchell Oval Hall, 8.00pm, Tickets: £27.50, Box office: 01142 789 789. Sheffield City Hall.
