Seven Doncaster primary schools will join forces to hold a Dance Full Stop event on Thursdsay night in aid of the NSPCC.
Over 150 pupils and 14 teachers will be pitched against each other to win the Strictly Glitter Ball title in front of a crowd of 1,000 people at The Dome.
The celebrity panel of judges are set to be Kim Woodburn, of How Clean is Your House television fame, as well as last year’s X-Factor runner-up Christopher Maloney, Nigel Pivaro - formerly Terry Duckworth in Coronation Street - and various NSPCC representatives.
Christopher Maloney will close the event with a selection of songs.
Nathan Atkinson, Kingfisher Primary School headteacher and one of the organisers, said: “Everyone is really looking forward to the evening at The Dome and it promises to be a fantastic night, which will hopefully raise lots of money for the NSPCC in South Yorkshire. Thank you to everyone who has helped organise such a wonderful event.”
The show starts at 7pm.
