Doncaster bar to celebrate music of Manchester days after Ariana Grande concert attack

A Doncaster bar will celebrate the music of Manchester this weekend just days after the terrorist attack on the Ariana Grande concert in the city which left 22 dead.

Social Bar in Lazarus Court will stage the five and a half hour event on Sunday with Oasis tribute band Noasis topping the bill.

That will be followed by Fac Off, an event "bringing you the sounds of Madchester" with music from the likes of New Order, Joy Division and the Happy Mondays.

DJs will also be playing the sounds of the Stone Roses, The Charlatans, Inspiral Carpets, Primal Scream and 808 State.

Entry to the event on Sunday is free. The music will take place from 11.30pm to 5am.
