I REFER to the BBC radio programme - any answers which followed Any Questions chaired by Richard Dimbleby on Saturday, April 26, one of those replying expressed her dislike of speakers referring to school children as 'kids'.
I have kept goats for some years and they regularly have young 'kids'.

These kids have four legs, eat grass, hay or other herbiage and can be quite mischievious. I taught children as a career, had three of my own, but I cannot think of any of them as kids, I certainly agree with that speaker.
