REGARDING the strike by Unison members. Whilst I have every sympathy with these employees wanting a higher wage but so does the rest of the country.
What about small businesses or self employed workers who do not have the option to strike?

How many parents will have to take unpaid leave from work because some schools are closed? As a country the population needs to work together, not just individuals thinking about their own needs!
From a 35 year old married mother who works part time for low pay and does not claim any benefits.
