Too much to ask?

THE headline 'Work resumes on homes three weeks after (asbestos) scare' and the follow-up article literally made my blood boil.
The representative from St Leger Homes apologising for her lateness in attending the meeting with residents and their councillors, due to her inability to find the estate, beggars belief.
Is it too much to ask these days for these people (who no doubt have a fair and wholesome salary) to do a bit of 'homework' with an 'A to Z' before setting out for a meeting with THEIR clients. Who helps to pay their salary anyway? Do the residents of Westbourne Gardens mean so little to St Leger Homes?
On the face of it, it would seem so. Come on Ms. Adams, r get your finger out.
Finally, walking through Priory Walk, that hub of the town centre at midday (DFP day), I had a wry smile at the notice of a £75 Fine for dropping litter.
This on a litter bin into which you would have been hard pressed to place an old cigarette paper.
You makes your Laws, you then have to administer them, but you must ensure that you keep your end of the bargain.
How about emptying town centre bins, in a morning say?
