I NOTE that Miss Winterton (Doncaster Central MP) is now, among other roles, a Minister of State in the Business Department.
Naturally she is to be congratulated, but I am a little concerned. It appears that Miss Winterton isn't too clear about the difference between mortgage capital and mortgage interest.

I do worry a bit about MPs, and particularly ministers, who can't seem to do their sums.

Mick,
This pales in comparison to the 13,000 immigrants that turned out to be 600,000. "Safe Hands" are certainly not New Labour, rather the opposite. Poor maths is endemic with this lot.
