Off-licence robbery - CCTV image

THIS is the man police want to trace in connection with a robbery at a Doncaster off-licence.
Detectives have released this CCTV image captured moments before the incident in which a woman shop assistant was knocked to the floor.

The 44-year-old was working alone in Rhythm and Booze, on the corner of Leicester Avenue and Sandringham Road, Intake, when a man asked for the price of several items.

He then assaulted the woman, knocking her to the floor, before stealing £190 from the till.

The victim suffered a cut nose and was left traumatised by the robbery.

Police have re-appealed for information about the incident which happened at about 4.30pm on Sunday March 9.

The man police want to trace is white, about 5ft, in his mid 30s and of average build.

He had shaven hair and sunken eyes. He was wearing a light grey hoodie and blue jeans.
