Four Charged Over Shop Robbery

FOUR people have been charged in connection with an alleged armed robbery at a Doncaster newsagents in which a woman was threatened with a gun.
A 40-year-old woman was working at Martin's Newsagents, Nostell Place, Bessacarr, when three men and a woman walked into the shop.

One of the men is alleged to have brandished a shotgun and demanded the worker hand over cash.

The worker was then forced into a back room while the group drove off in a small green hatchback car.

Three men and a woman, all from London, have been charged with armed robbery following the incident which happened at about 8.10am on Sunday, April 27.

Rayan Grant, 21, Sean Grant, 20, Ezed Williams, 28, and Susanna Stephens, 34, have been remanded in custody.

Police have renewed their appeal for more information about the incident.
