REBECCA Hudson shot a final round 69 to finish fourth in the Madrid Ladies Masters last weekend.
Sprotbrough's Hudson, who has won both the English and Tenerife Opens this year, competed in the event which is restricted to the top 40 players on the Ladies European Tour.
Opening rounds of 72 and 73 left her handily placed heading into the final day but, despite carding a four-under-par 69, it was not enough to overhaul clubhouse leader Gwladys Nocera of France.
Hudson played the final round with golf legend Laura Davies, who could only manage a last day 72 to finish 11th, while the Doncaster woman's five-under-par total of 214 meant she finished six strokes behind Nocera.
Hudson scooped prize money of €19,280 and now lies ninth in the Ladies Tour Order of Merit after earning just over €190,000 this season.
