"Job only half done" - O'Driscoll

Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll was pleased with his team's performance but reckoned the second leg would be tough.
He said: "They are a good side and it will be a difficult game at home.
"I can't say that we are favourites just because we've drawn the first leg.
"It's only half time and the job is only half done.
"I didn't see the sending off but the referee said Paul had used his head and he will receive an automatic suspension and that's a shame because he came on and played very well."
O Driscoll added that midfield Ritchie Wellens was suffering from a hernia problem and had only been ruled out 20 minutes before leaving the hotel to set off to the ground.
He will need treatment next week and is touch and go for the second leg.
Southend manager Steve Tilson said: " We wanted to win the game but we are not too disappointed.
" I think they might feel they've already done the job and I hope we can turn them over up there and finish it off.
"It's going to be difficult but we are still in the tie and there is everything to play for".
