Send us your snow snaps!
THE Bells/Advertiser is appealing for readers to send in their snow snaps following the weekend’s wintry weather.
Snow finally came to the Isle on Saturday, leading to many youngsters to dig out their sledges - whilst adults dug out their cars!
We want to see your pictures of snowmen, sledging and other scenes which depict a winter wonderland.
E-mail jpeg images to editorial@epworthtoday.co.uk or pop them in the blue drop box located in Epworth Library.
The library is open between 2pm and 5pm on Monday, from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesdays and between 9am and 1pm on Wednesdays.
• Despite no further snowfall since Saturday, the Highways Agency are still urging caution as the new working week begins.
Drivers are advised to make sure they are well-prepared by taking items such as warm clothing, food, water, boots, a torch and spade.
And in adverse weather conditions journeys should only be made if they are absolutely necessary.
