What have we learned?
MAYOR Winter, talking about the floods said, 'We've learned a lot from the experience.
Who are 'we', and just what have 'we', learned from this experience?
I personally hope that Mayor Winter and DMBC have learned something like, if you don't keep the dykes, drains, and culverts clean and the draining system in full working order all the time, you get floods.
Please Mr Mayor, no more advice on what to do when floods come, please devote your time ingenuity, and money on developing methods to control any floods.
