Carols on the Green service

Barnburgh’s traditional Carols on The Green service will attract hundreds of hardy singers to the village on December 19.

Members of Rockingham Brass band will join the service outside the church, from 6.30-7.30pm. The event has gone from strength to strength since it was started by the female Barnburgh Village Singers, since joined by the village male voice choir.

People joining in are encouraged to bring a torch or candle so they can read the carol sheets provided at the event.
