Company goes overseas

A DONCASTER business has been bought by an overseas company three years after the firm was previously sold.
The board of Certex UK has agreed to sell the lifting products company to Swedish firm Axel Johnson International AB, a subsidiary of Forankra International AB.

The company based at Harworth Industrial Estate, was bought by three directors in 2005 from Bridon International. The latest deal was for an undisclosed sum.
