AN exciting film season kicks off this week at the Trinity Arts Centre, Gainsborough.
Highlights include the legend Clint Eastwood, the fame and power of Che Guevara and Emily Blunt stars in the epic The Young Victoria.
Tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30pm Clint Eastwood returns to the big screen with Gran Torino (15), in which the Dirty Harry legend makes a stand against the local gangsters and earns the title as the local hero from his immigrant neighbours.
Che Guevera's journey continues on Thursday 21st May with Che: Part 2 (15) at 7.30pm, the second half of Steven Sooderbergh's epic biopic, which continues to chart Ernesto "Che" Guevara's journey to political icon,
After overthrowing the Fulgencio Batista dictatorship in Cuba, Che moves on to Africa and South America, eventually being captured and killed by rangers in the mountains of Bolivia.
Coming to the Trinity centre by popular demand on Friday 22nd May at 7.30pm, The Young Victoria (PG) is a British costume packed with drama, romance, political intrigue and breath-taking cinematography with an outstanding British cast including Jim Broadbent, Mark Strong, Paul Bettany and Rupert Friend.
